Outdoor Exercises
Out door exercises are conducted & monitored on regular basis by the trained & experienced instructor retired from the paramilitary forces - CRPF. It is aimed at building stamina, acquiring strength, competence, excellence & knowledge to meet required qualifying physical standards of various examinations for the entry in various servises.
It consists of PT exercises - muscle stretching & relaxing, jogging, running - 4 kms, 20 kms - cross country run, 24 kms long walk, long jump, high jump, shot put, rope climbing, pull ups, tripple jump, zing zag balancing, monkey rope climbing and games like kabaddi, wrestling, volley ball, foot ball.
