Nashikrao Tirpude Preparatory School : NTPS is one more initiative of Red Swastik Society, on a land situated at village Hiwara Bazar, Taluka Ramtek, Nagpur, Maharashtra State. The land is donated by M/s Yugantar Education Society, Nagpur.

The mission of NTPS is to train the students from remote rural areas from poor, neglected, disadvantaged groups and farmers’ families for examinations of various departments, namely, Police, SRPF, Forest, BSF, CRPF, CISF, RPF, ITBP, Coast Guard, Army, Navy, Air Force, Banks & other departments.

NTPS is driven by the mission to bring the sidelined sections of the society into main stream. The campus is located in remote part of Nagpur district adjoining to Pench Tiger Reserve & Mogarkasa Bird Sanctuary of Nagpur distt.

It would prove to be benchmark in developing and awakening of young minds of several remote villages in and around forest areas by providing preparatory facilities and skills essential to enter various public services like police, state reserve police, defense, paramilitary and other security linked departments including forests & banks. It can also serve as a skill based training center for youths of local tribal and forest dweller fringe communities.

Bhoomi Poojan / ground breaking ceremony of NTPS campus was held on the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padawa, 6th April 2019, at the hands of Shri Rajkumar Tirpude, President, Yugantar Education Society, Nagpur - donor of the land.

Construction of the admin building Shri M.P.Mansinghka Sadan consisting of Class Room with audio-visual facility - Taxashila, Library - Nalanda, admin office - Indraprasth and preparation of all pervasive spacious ground Kurukshetra for outdoor events/activities, was completed in four months record time and the training of first batch of students was commenced from 1st August 2019 on the anniversary of Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak.

The Lokarpan of campus was done at the hands of His Holiness Swami Dharmababdhu, Founder & Chairman, Inspire & Vedic Mission Trust, Pransala, Rajkot, Gujrat, Chaired by Shri Sanjay Nathe, Chairman, Rojgar Sangh, Nagpur and in special presence of Shri Rajkumar Tirpude, Chairman, Yugantar Education Society, Nagpur.
